The artisanal butcher shop Ferme Moreau continues to grow with enthusiasm. Since acquiring the renowned Ripon establishment in 2013, owners Frédéric Beaulieu and Alexandre Talbot have been expanding their product offering while developing new projects, including some on the international stage.
