
Hungarian Goulash On Red Wine

1 kg Beef in cubes
3 Onions, diced
1 cup Mushrooms, sliced
1 Clove garlic, minced
2 tsp Sweet Hungarian Paprika
1 tsp Parsley
1 tsp Red wine
1 ½ cups Flour
1 Can tomato paste (6 ounce)
Salt and pepper

Heat oil in a large pot. Cook onions, garlic and mushrooms in oil until soft, stirring frequently. Add beef cubes and cook until brown on all sides.

Add paprika and wine. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, 1 1/2 to 2 hours, or until meat is tender.

Add flour and tomato paste, parsley, salt and pepper. Serve with oven or BBQ potatoes.
