French or Sirloin Roast

 1 Onion
 1 Clove garlic
 Oil
 Butter
 Salt
 Pepper
 Herbes de provence
 Raspberry vinegar

In small amount of oil quickly brown roast in frying pan, remove to roaster

Sauté onion and garlic in same pan

Add a splash of raspberry vinegar, deglazing

Add a small amount of butter, margarine or coconut oil to the top of the roast with desired seasonings

Top with onion and garlic mixture

Cook with lid on 350 for about 45 min to desired doneness
