Franch European restaurant, we have a cuisine with a base of French suicine modernized by international touches. Our menu is partly made up of Pintxo (a small dish of Basque origin) and dishes using, depending on the season and availability, mainly local products (Quebecers and Canadians). We also produce, deli meats and sell them in our restaurant. that is the mandate given to The Chief Owner to share the best products of our region. Opened in Old Hull in Gatineau since 2014, the restaurant also offers a catering service.
