Les Folies Bergères is an artisan cheese factory that specialize in cheese made from ewe’s milk, from their own flock of sheep. You will discover several ewe’s-milk products, as well as their fresh cheddar, made daily froms cows milk obtained from farmers in Petite-Nation region. They have also added a new line of goat’s milk products in 2011. All of theirs cheeses are made by hand, with an emphasis on quality and authenticity.
