Gainsbourg bistro brasserie is a microbrewery and restaurant in the Outaouais, located in the Hull sector. We offer pub style bistro cuisine with a wide variety of microbrewery draft beers from all over Quebec. The Gainsbourg also makes its own beers, and works closely with local producers to add their products on the menu.
