Vignoble Les Collines began operations in September 2021. With our 8,000 vines, we produce red, white and rosé wines. Visitors can taste our wines on site and follow a guided tour. Verger Merleau was born in the early 2000s, on land said to be a beach at the northern end of the Champlain Sea, some 100 kilometers north of Ottawa-Gatineau. On this sandy soil, the dream of a cidery producing a variety of ciders with a distinct character took shape over the years.

À La Dérive Brasserie Artisanale is a project that began in December 2019 on the banks of the Ottawa River. Adopting the Quebec brewing universe as a huge creative playground, the co-owners explore the flavors of the northern territory that surrounds them. On site, their 20 keg lines allow beer lovers to sample their house brews. Rooted in the local community thanks to the cultural dimension of the project, the brewery stands out for its independent room, which enables it to organize literary, musical and comedy events.
