La Trappe à Fromage is a local company that makes its fresh cheese every day, right here in its Gatineau facility. In our seven stores across the Outaouais region, you’ll find our famous cheese curds, a wide selection of fine cheeses and deli meats, homemade dishes, and a wide variety of gourmet grocery items. Some of our stores also offer a selection of craft beers. At 490 Chemin Industriel in Gatineau, take the opportunity to enjoy one of our famous poutines, then round out your visit with an ice cream dessert at our new ice cream shop, where the soft-serve ice cream is also made by our team. At our stores in Hull, at 114 Saint-Raymond Boulevard, and in Chelsea, at 193 Old Chelsea Road, our counters offer sandwiches, grilled cheese, and coffee, among other items.
