“Chez Seb opened in November 2022. Our mission was to create a friendly place with a vibrant atmosphere to have a drink and eat. Settling in Chénéville was a natural decision, as I was born here and wanted to be part of the village’s effervescence. Tourism peaks during the summer season, fuelling our desire to become a new player in the region’s restaurant sector. In addition to opting for a distinctive menu and a wine and spirits list highlighting certain local products, we’ve assembled an incredible team capable of offering outstanding service and supporting an authentic gourmet experience.”
