At Grand‑Remous, Bo‑Sirop transforms nearly twenty thousand taps into renowned organic maple syrup, handcrafted maple treats, and refined maple‑based spirits. Every year, tens of thousands of pounds of syrup, jars of maple butter, caramel and taffy, maple cones, and thousands of bottles of spirits are produced in our facilities.

In 2025, the company enters a new chapter with the arrival of Marc Rainville, fulfilling a childhood dream, joined by Magalie Scarborough, who oversees coordination and production. Together, they embrace an ambitious vision where tapping, collecting, reverse osmosis, and evaporation become the starting point for a range of carefully crafted maple products, including spirits aged with precision and character.
