Stanley Cheslock Sugar Shack is a fourth‑generation family-run sugar shack located in Poltimore, in the municipality of Val-des-Monts. It produces its own maple syrup by tapping more than 11,000 maple trees and offers traditional all-you-can-eat sugar shack meals served buffet-style. After the meal, visitors can enjoy a walking trail, admire the sugarbush, and observe the farm’s cows.
