Agricultural public markets have known real development in the Outaouais. Consumers are looking for regional products and want to know more about the origin of their food. This form of marketing is also an occasion to exploit the quality of your products and to develop consumer loyalty.

What is a public market?
An extension of production activities and processing at the farm and recognized as a service to the community, public markets favour direct exchanges between citizens and significant groups of agricultural producers and artisan agri-food processors. These occupy a prominent place in the markets. The organization maintains official links with the municipality. The market is in operation over a specified period of time for its members to ensure its continuity.
