|P'tit rouge wine||1/4 cup|
|Chopped dark chocolate||4 ounces|
|Butter, cut into pieces||1/2 cup|
|eggs, at room temperature||2|
|withe sugar||3/4 cup|
|Unsweetened cocoa powder||1/4 cup|
|Kosher salt||1/2 tsp|
|For the Glaze|
|Semi-sweet chocolate||2 ounces|
|P'tit Rouge Wine||2 tbsp|
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
In small pot melt butter and chocolate over low heat until smooth. Add wine and whisk until incorparated. Remove pot from heat.
Add eggs and whisk to combine.
Add sugar and vanilla, combine.
Add the flour, cocoa powder and salt and stir until smooth.
Transfer to a 9x9 foil lined baking pan and place in oven.
Bake 25 minutes or until done.
While baking melt together the chocolate and butter than whisk in the wine.
When brownies are done, let cool, drizzle the glaze over the brownies and enjoy!
