Peel one daikon radish and slice into thin rounds. In a pan, melt 20 grams of butter and add 1 tablespoon of honey. Add the radish rounds and a small amount of salt. Cook for 10 minutes on medium-low heat. The water from the vegetables will evaporate and they will start to caramelize. Sprinkle sesame over radishes at the end of cooking time and serve.
