Croquez l’Outaouais! is an initiative of the Table agroalimentaire de l’Outaouais, which has been in existence for over 10 years to help consumers discover and enjoy local products and to encourage regional businesses!

The Table agroalimentaire de l’Outaouais (TAO) is a non-profit organization whose role is to coordinate development efforts in the regional agrifood sector. To this end, its Board of Directors brings together representatives of the main players in the development of the regional agri-food sector. TAO is thus a forum for exchange and consultation.
TAO also manages the Réseau Agriconseils Outaouais (RAO) and the Centre de recherche et de développement technologique agricole de l’Outaouais (CREDÉTAO).

The mission of the Table agroalimentaire de l’Outaouais is to guide, support and stimulate the development of a sustainable agri-food system in the Outaouais region.
The Table agroalimentaire de l’Outaouais promotes the concerted development of the Outaouais agri-food sector and ensures its enhancement through :
- concertation;
- promotion;
- marketing services.
The Réseau Agriconseils Outaouais provides a diversified range of advisory services tailored to the needs of Outaouais agri-food businesses and regional priorities:
- reception and referral;
- coaching;
- promotion.
The Centre de recherche et de développement technologique agricole de l’Outaouais (CREDÉTAO), which manages the Plateforme agricole de L’Ange-Gardien, promotes development, innovation and knowledge transfer in the agri-food sector through :
- research and development
- coaching;
- training.
